Tamika’s Background
With extensive experience in DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) consulting, nonprofit management and leadership, and various roles in higher education, Tamika has dedicated her career to advancing social justice and equitable practices. As a professor and organizational strategist, she specializes in curriculum design, policy development, creating a sense of belonging for all employees, and trainings that drive meaningful change.
Tamika holds a doctorate in public policy and administration, a master’s in public administration, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She also holds a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Building a Diverse Workforce. Tamika has spearheaded initiatives that reshape workplace cultures, advance inclusive policies, and empower leaders with the tools to build sustainable organizations. She shares her expertise through coaching, training, workshops, strategic planning sessions, and event facilitation.
