WHY MELINDA SHARES
“Working in collaboration with Share Training is an honor. It is absolutely necessary that all direct service organizations, providers, program managers, and executive leaders have the knowledge, skills and confidence to meet the diverse needs of the people served. I say often that responsibility requires compassion, which benefits us all. Healing (Trauma) Informed Care provides a foundation for all services, Motivational Interviewing adds the essential mindset and approaches, and Reflective Supervision and Coaching allow for true integration of knowledge into practice. Providing efficient, effective care for our community members is important; the fun, informative workshops of Share Training can help.”
