Meet Melinda Marasch

Melinda Marasch

“Working in collaboration with Share Training is an honor. It is absolutely necessary that all direct service organizations, providers, program managers, and executive leaders have the knowledge, skills and confidence to meet the diverse needs of the people served. I say often that responsibility requires compassion, which benefits us all. Healing (Trauma) Informed Care provides a foundation for all services, Motivational Interviewing adds the essential mindset and approaches, and Reflective Supervision and Coaching allow for true integration of knowledge into practice. Providing efficient, effective care for our community members is important; the fun, informative workshops of Share Training can help.”

Melinda has experience at an executive level providing support, expertise and guidance in equity, diversity and inclusion. Her expertise includes helping non-therapist direct care workers in providing efficient, effective, therapeutic care for participants. Melinda has experience in residential, school and outpatient care, within healthcare, public, and community-based organizations. Melinda is a member of the international Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), and has presented numerous trainings across the U.S. on therapeutic approaches such as Cultural Humility, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, Self-Care, Change Management, Mental Health Issues, and De-Escalation.
